Shipping within Switzerland is sent with PostPac Economy at a rate of 7 CHF.

Packages typically ship from our atelier in Switzerland within 2-3 days of your order confirmation. Please allow an additional 1-3 business days for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL

All international orders are charged a flat rate of $15 CHF.

Packages typically ship from our atelier in Switzerland within 7 days of your order confirmation. Please allow an additional 4-15 working days to reach your local customs service. The final delivery date will be dependent on how quickly they process your order.

We put a lot of care and integrity into each and every bath soak we craft with our extraordinary, all-natural ingredients.

For ultimate freshness and efficacy, each bath soak is crafted in micro-batches from our atelier in Switzerland. As we are a small team, our production process currently takes maximum 7 days before shipment.

You will be sent an email once your order is dispatched so you can see where your bath soak is at all times.

Unfortunately once your order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel or make changes to your order.

Add at least half a sachet (or more if you’re feeling indulgent) to warm running water and luxuriate for a good 20-30 minutes. Remember to turn your phone off and keep the door tightly closed for maximum zen. Bathe once a week to see soft, silky skin.

Each of our soaks contain a beautiful blend of essential oils, leaving your body enveloped in a floral fragrance post-bath. No sour milk smells here.

Le Milk Bar soaks are made with completely natural essential oils and no preservatives, so we recommend using them within six months of purchase.

Our unique milk soak blend combines the finest full-fat Swiss chocolatier’s milk powder with mineral-rich salts and a bespoke blend of essential oils. Our soaks are all phthalate, paraben and preservative free, 100% natural and non-toxic.

Milk bathing has been revered since ancient times, when both the Egyptian Queen Cleoptra and the Roman Empress Poppaea were said to have regularly bathed in donkey’s milk. Milk is rich in lactic acid, an alpha hydroxy acid that dissolves the proteins which hold together dead skin cells, making it incredibly exfoliating but gentle. It is our hero ingredient because it is all natural and suitable for sensitive skin.

We use food-grade full-fat Swiss milk powder. This is the purest and highest quality powder available, so it is also used by master Swiss chocolatiers. Swiss cows are said to be the happiest in the world, which is why we think they produce the finest milk.

We use steam-distilled essential oils over synthetic fragrances as we are passionate about all-natural beauty. Our oils offer superior therapeutic and medicinal benefits, and are gentler on skin. This means they’re less likely to cause an allergic reaction.

All of our soaks are handmade in Geneva, Switzerland by our small team. We use high quality, local suppliers whenever possible to minimise our carbon footprint.

We can only offer returns on orders delivered within the EU. Please note, we can not offer refunds on sale items.

To create a return, please email hello@lemilkbar.com with your order number, product details and more information.

Only orders in unused, unopened and brand new packaging can be returned. Returns must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.

As a small business we are currently unable to cover the return shipping costs, so these will be your responsibility. We suggest using a tracked service to return your items, as we cannot be held responsible for return items lost in the post.

We’ll let you know once your returned item has been received and approved. Then the refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

For return orders placed outside of Switzerland, duty and or tax will be deducted from your order total before we issue you a refund.
